Take action now to condemn the kidnapping of two trade union leaders at a Marks & Spencer (M&S) supplier factory in India and to call for their immediate and safe return. The kidnappings are part of a brutal attack against 60 workers, which took place as they arrived for work at the Viva Global factory in Gurgaon, India. In September 2009, ECCJ successfully organized a fact finding mission in South Africa to document the pollution and human rights abuses committed by ArcelorMittal in the Vaal region near Johannesbourg.
